He recently spent untold hours working on an Intensive Livestock
Ordinance. He receives calls constantly from citizens in the community
regarding various issues, but he always finds time in his busy
schedule to deal with these issues.

When problems arise, he always handles himself in a very professional
way.

He has an excellent rapport with the county officials, health
department staff, as well as citizens in the community.

Mr. Baluss is an advocate for employees and they are a top priority.

He goes the extra mile to make sure that Public Health is Visible and that
the community is aware of the services offered and the issues that Public
Health faces today.
